Has been working in the areas of information security, process optimisation and international trade marketing for over 20 years. Her work focuses on the analysis, development and implementation of operational risk management and IT governance in information systems as well as the implementation of CIAM solutions (Compliant Identity Access Management). Priska Altorfer is managing partner of wikima4 in Zug / Switzerland and Vienna / Austria.
Her educational background: Education: Swiss certified sales manager, certified AcceleratedSAP consultant, certified ITIL Foundation. She is a lecturer at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts for Enterprise Resource Planning Systems and Compliance (CAS-ERP).

Jörg Altmeier has been working as a consultant in the field of projects, processes, quality, information, security and knowledge for over 20 years. He focuses on the connection of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems with quality management and security concepts. He is Managing Partner of wikima4 AG in Zug and responsible for services and partnerships. He completed his studies in business administration and total quality management in Saarbrücken and Kaiserslautern.
He is also a lecturer at the International Institute of Management in Telecommunications at the University of Fribourg (CH) in the Executive MBA for Supply Chain Management, a lecturer at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts for MAS Information Security, MAS Business Information Technologies and CAS Enterprise Resource Planning as well as a lecturer at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University for Business Process Management and Systems Development.
